We have owned three homes and when we decided to sell our
third, we enlisted the services of Nancy Minor's team. WOW! Working with
Nancy was by far the best experience we have had to date. What I love best
was the constant follow-up and feedback - a must for a good seller-realtor
relationship. And secondly, they advertised my home in so many channels:
local publication, numerous websites, mailings, customized web page. Finally
- she has this "home beacon" that allowed home shoppers to signal us that
they've completed the showing and we can come back to the house. This was a
great benefit especially considering that we have a young child. I would

The Lynch's Visit Atlanta
Brent & Laurie Lynch and son Zachary of Naperville, Illinois stop by for a visit with Nancy Minor on a recent trip to Atlanta. They were excited to hear that relatives Mark & Tammy Parker had purchased a home
while represented by Nancy. The Parker's called Nancy on the advice of the Lynch's. Nancy assisted Brent & Laurie in the purchase and sale of their Peachtree Corners home.
